Privacy statement.

JABL Works is a trade name of JABL Trading, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 84235713. JABL Trading is responsible for the personal data described here (the ‘controller’ under the GDPR). Questions about privacy go to info@jablworks.com.

When you send a message, we receive:

• your name, work email address and company or store name
• what your message is about, your timing if you chose one, and the message itself
• the product page you came from, if you started there

We use this only to read and answer your message and to follow up on it, for example to plan a call or a pilot. We don’t add you to a mailing list and don’t use it for marketing.

We process it because you ask us to respond, as a step before a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and because answering business enquiries is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The form sends your message over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our server, which forwards it by email to our own mailbox. The website itself keeps no copy.

To stop abuse, the server remembers a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for at most 24 hours. It is used only to limit how many messages one connection can send.

• No cookies, analytics, tracking or advertising pixels.
• No embedded content from other companies.
• Fonts are served from our own server, so your browser doesn’t contact Google or other font services.
• The 3D view is drawn by your own browser. Nothing about it is sent anywhere.

Only when a page fails to load does the site store a technical timestamp in your browser’s session storage, to avoid reloading in a loop. It contains no personal data and disappears when you close the tab.

Like every website, our hosting provider’s servers record technical data about each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure, and is kept for a limited period set by the hosting provider.

Our web hosting and email providers process data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement. We don’t sell personal data and don’t share it with anyone else, unless the law requires us to.

We keep contact messages as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and follow-up, and delete them no later than 12 months after our last contact. If your message leads to an agreement, the correspondence becomes part of our administration, which Dutch law requires us to keep for 7 years.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to limit or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Email info@jablworks.com; we answer within one month.

If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
