How it works

Step 1: Pick a reference
The customer chooses a shoe they own and the size they wear in it.
Step 2: Compare models
The app compares the fit notes of that model with the one on screen.
Step 3: Advise a size
The customer gets one advised size and a short reason, and the size is preselected.

Runs large
A customer wears EU 43 in their reference shoe. This model runs half a size large, so Size Advisor suggests EU 42.5.
Staff knowledge online
What floor staff know from trying shoes on becomes fit notes customers can use.
No reference shoe
Without a reference, Size Advisor says so, and falls back to the regular size chart.
