A Laravel 12 application with a custom Filament CMS, replacing WordPress. Two sign-up routes, Youth Act and Wmo, and an admin where the team manages pages, vacancies and sign-ups themselves.

The brief
People seeking help often don’t know whether their need falls under the Youth Act or the Wmo. The old WordPress site didn’t explain it and every change went through plugins. The brief: a calm, accessible site and a CMS without a developer.
What we did
Information architecture built on one question: ‘who are you looking for help for?’. Two sign-up routes with a five-step form, a Filament CMS with revisions on every change, structured data per page and complete brand guidelines.
What we built
Care-4 AllSign-up routes
Youth Act (local team or GP) and Wmo (municipal desk and intake conversation) explained step by step, with a five-step form: who for, details, contact, situation, review. For urgent care, straight to crisis support.
Custom CMS
Filament resources for pages, services, blog, team, testimonials, partners, navigation, downloads and settings. Every change is a restorable revision; copy through a Tiptap editor.
Vacancies and applications
Publish vacancies and receive applications with a CV upload. Applications, sign-ups and contact messages arrive in one admin overview.
Partner bands
Two opposing logo bands that pause on hover and focus, scroll with mouse, touch and arrow keys, and stand still with prefers-reduced-motion. 29 logos brought to equal optical weight with a script.
Accessible and findable
Contrast, plain language and full keyboard control. JSON-LD for Organization, WebSite and WebPage, with a unique title and description per page.
Brand and media kit
Guidelines for colour, typography, logo use and tone of voice, so print and social match the site.

The hardest part
Making legal routes like the Youth Act and the Wmo understandable without oversimplifying them, for people who arrive under stress. So the site first asks ‘who are you looking for help for?’, then explains each route in plain language: who does what, how long it takes and what to expect.
